大肠俞深刺施以电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症股神经痛40例 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究大肠俞深刺施以电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症股神经痛的治疗疗效。方法将40例腰椎间盘突出症股神经痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例,治疗组采用大肠俞深刺施以电针的方法,对照组采用传统针刺施以电针的方法,连续治疗20次后,对比2组疗效。结果治疗组痊愈35%,好转60%,无效5%;对照组痊愈15%,好转60%,无效25%。结论大肠俞深刺施以电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症股神经痛疗效优于传统方法,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To research the therapeutic effect of deeply needling Dachangshu(BL 25) with electric-acupuncture treatment on femoral neuralgia of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP). Methods Forty eases of emoral neuralgia of LIDP were randomly divided into the treat- ment group and the control group,20 for each. They were treated by deep needling at Dachangshu(BL 25) with electric-acupuncture, and tradi- tional acupuncture with electric-acupuncture, respectively. The therapeutic effects were compared after twenty times of continuous treatment. Re- suits 35% were cured,60% improvement,5% ineffective in the treatment group,and 15% ,60% ,25% in the control group. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of deeply needling Dachanshu(BL 25) with electric-acupuncture treatment on femoral neuralgia of LIDP is better than that of traditional therapy. Worthy of further promotion.
