摘要
川崎病是儿科常见的自身免疫性疾病,可引起全身性血管炎,并好发于冠状动脉,从而造成严重的并发症冠状动脉损害,是构成儿童后天性心脏病的主要病因之一。其病因至今尚不明确,临床研究其发病机制也存在诸多限制,所以,川崎病动物实验的开展对于疾病的诊治具有重要的意义,现就相关影像学技术在动物实验中所起的作用作一简单综述。
Kawasaki disease(KD) is a multisystem vasculitis and the leading cause of acquired heart disease in children of the world,but its etiology and pathophysiological mechanism is unknown.Many animal models have been studied in order to investigate further its mechanism and the potential factors of coronary artery lesions.This article summarizes some imaging technology used in research into the animal models of Kawasaki disease.
