摘要 气田经过不断开发,地层压力逐渐降低,井筒积液严重影响气井的产能发挥,目前主要采取泡沫排水采气技术排出井筒积液,该技术具有工艺简单、低成本、见效快、易操作的特点,在本厂广泛使用。但部分气井由于高含凝析油,随环境温度的升高和凝析油含量的增加,泡排剂的起泡能力和稳定性会大大降低,尤其对于凝析油含量大于20%的气井中,许多起泡剂产生的泡沫会在1~2min内消失,甚至不产生泡沫,泡排效果不明显,应用一种能够用于凝析气井开采的泡排剂成为一种需要。 The field through constant development,formation pressure decreases gradually,serious liquid loading affects well productivity play,at present mainly adopts the foam drainage gas recovery technology of wellbore fluid discharge,the technique has the characteristics of simple process,low cost,quick effect,easy operation, widely used in our factory.But some gas wells due to the new method of oil,with the increase of the ambient temperature and the content of condensate oil,foaming ability and stability of foam discharging agent will be greatly reduced,particularly for gas condensate oil content of more than 20 %,many of the foaming agent of the bubble will disappear in 1-2 rain,or even no foam, foaming effect is not obvious, an application can be used for condensate gas well production of foaming agent becomes a kind of need.
