摘要
本文主要应用CATIA软件对预应力混凝土离心方桩管模进行三维建模,将建立的数字模型导入到ANSYS软件中进行振动模态分析,得到了管模的各阶固有振动频率及相应的振动模态。最后,对离心机的结构设计提供了宝贵建议。
3D modeling of pipe-die for pre-stressed concrete centrifugal square pile is conducted basically using CATIA software in this paper. The developed digital model is imported to ANSYS software fbr vibration modal analysis, thus gaining natural vibration frequency of each order of pipe-die and the corresponding vibration mode. Finally, valuable suggestions on the structure design of centrifuge have been proposed.
