食品企业危机管理的起点——原材料安全

摘要 没有安全的原材料就生产不出安全的产品。企业在产品的生产过程中应该充分认识产品质量安全的重要性,无论是产品还是原材料的安全都应放在第一位,而原材料的安全性则是保证产品质量安全的前提条件。通过对几个典型的案例的研究,分析了引发食品安全危机的根源,并指出食品企业又该采取什么样的策略加以防范等问题,以帮助食品企业更好的应对食品安全引发的危机。 Even a clever housewife cannot cook a meal without rice. If you have no safety raw material you can' t make a safety product. Enterprises should fully understand the importance of product quality and safety in the course of production ,whether products or raw materials' safety should be put in the first place ,and the safety of raw mate- rials is the prerequisite for ensuring product quality and safety. In this paper,the causes of food safety crisis would be fund out by studies on several typical cases, and some strategies for food enterprises to prevent and deal with food safety crisis would be pointed out.
