摘要
目的探讨男性不育与染色体核型异常的关系。方法对513例男性不育患者进行细胞遗传学检查对其染色体进行核型分析。结果染色体异常62例,异常率为12.09%;其中性染色体异常56例,占异常核型的90.32%;常染色体异常6例,占异常核型的9.68%.结论染色体异常是造成男性不育的重要遗传因素,对有不育症患者的男性进行染色体检查可为下一步诊断和治疗提供客观依据。
Objective： To investigate the relationship between male infertility and chromosome abnormalities.Methods： The chromosome karyotypes of 513 male infertility patients were analyzed by cytogenetic method.Results： There were 62 cases of abnormal karyotype which is 12.09% in all examiners.They included 56 cases of sex abnormal karyotype which was 90.32% in abnormal karyotype.There were 6 cases of autosome abnormalities which was 9.68% in chromosome abnormalities.Conclusions： The abnormality of chromosome should be one of the basic reasons of male infertility,chromosome examination to male infertility can provide aids on the diagnosis and treatment
