高效液相色谱法测定益气固本糖浆中五味子醇甲的含量 被引量:5

摘要 目的建立测定益气固本糖浆中五味子醇甲含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件为AgilentHC C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.01mol/L十二烷基磺酸钠溶液(62∶38),流速:0.8mL/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长:250nm。结果五味子醇甲在0.011-0.220mg/mL(r=0.9999)浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.9%,RSD为1.12%。结论本方法准确,重复性好,可用于益气固本糖浆中五味子醇甲的测定。 Objectve To establish a method for the determination of schisandrin in Yiqi Guben Syrup. Methods The HPLC system consisting the Agilent HC C18 (4.6mm×250mm,5μm)column, the mobile phase consisted of HCN - 0. 01 mol· L^-1 Sodium Dodeeyl Sulfonate (62:38 ), the flow rate was 0. 8mL/min, the column temperature was 30℃, The UV detector was set at 250nm. Results The linear re- sponse range was 0. 011 -0. 220mg/mL(r =0. 9999). The average recovery of schisandrin was 98.9% , RSD was 1.12%. Conclusion The assay demonstrated that the method was simple and accurate, repeatable, it can be applied in determination of sehisandrin in Yiqi Guben Syr- up.
