用商学院教学模式培养高级石油地质类人才

摘要 案例教学的案例源于真实鲜活的企业,目的是剖析企业本质提高经验效率,通过不断找出问题及改进因素,持续地发现问题、分析问题、改进问题,在商学院教学中取得了良好效果。案例教学模式对于激发学生的学习热情、培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力可以发挥重要作用,同时也能促进教师提高其业务水平。将"案例教学模式"引入石油地质等相关专业课程教学的新思路及开展石油地学类案例教学还需要解决案例库的建设、观念的转变、激励方式等问题。 With the case from real enterprise,case teaching method,with its purpose of dissecting the nature of the firm and enhancing the efficiency of experience,through continually finding out the problems and factors that can be improved to analyze and improve issues,has obtained a good teaching effect in business schools.Case modes plays an important role in stimulating student's learning enthusiasm,cultivating students' ability of analyzing and solving problems,and meantime promoting teachers to improve their teaching levels.Petroleum geology needs interdisciplinary talents with solid foundation and broader knowledge.So,it has strong advantages to use case teaching method in petroleum geology teaching.To introduce case method into petroleum geology and other related professional courses and develop the case teaching of petroleum geology,it's necessary to resolve the construction of the case base,the change of concept and the improvement of incentive.
