摘要 通过计算两幅数字散斑图像降采样后的频谱,得到由一系列筛选脉冲构成的两幅图像交叉能量谱。在对其交叉能量谱进行逆傅里叶变换后,利用亚像素图像配准技术实现对图像的细分。通过分析图像细分过程中所引入的配准误差,得到误差修正模型,使散斑图像相关精度进一步提高。在激光散斑试验图像处理中,利用相关理论和误差修正模型,使激光散斑图配准的精度得到提高。 According to the calculation of the spectrum of two downsampled images,the cross-power spectra were obtained resulting in a series of filtered impulses. And then,the inverse Fourier transformation was applied on the cross-power spectra. Following that,the image subdivision was obtained by the sub-pixel registration technique. The error correction model was set up by analyzing the extra registration error. The results indicate this method can improve the correlation precision for the speckle patterns.
