摘要
目的观察中药紫草治疗男性HPV亚临床感染疗效。方法 79例男性HPV亚临床感染患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组40例,外用中药紫草煎剂,浸泡皮损处每天2次,每次15min,连续8周;对照组39例,为空白对照组,观察两组患者1个月、2个月、3个月情况,判定疗效。结果治疗结束后治疗组有27(67.5%)例痊愈,对照组有6(15.4%)例痊愈。结论中药紫草煎剂局部浸泡治疗HPV亚临床感染治愈率高,副作用小。
Objective To observe the Lithospermum treatment of male subclinical infection of HPV effect. Methods 79 male patients with subclinical HPV infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group 40 cases, external application of Chinese herbs Lithospermum decoction, soak in lesions of 2 times a day, every 15 minutes, for 8 weeks; 39 cases in the control group, blank control group, the two groups were observed for 1 months, 2 months, 3 months, curative effect. Results After treatment in treatment group 27（67.5%） cases were cured, the control group had 6 （15.4%） cases were cured. Conclusion Arnebia Decoction local soaking treatment of subclinical HPV infection rate is high, the side effect is small .
