摘要
目的探讨卵巢肿瘤患者的临床护理。方法对69例卵巢肿瘤患者的护理情况进行回顾性分析,从护理评估、心理护理、化疗护理、饮食护理、随访护理等方面提出一套行之有效的护理方法。结果 69例患者平均住院时间22.6 d,在住院期间无一例死亡,也未出现护理并发症。结论护理人员与患者建立了良好的护患关系,针对患者各种需求进行有效的综合护理,可以提高治疗效果,加快卵巢肿瘤患者康复,从而提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing on the patients with ovarian tumor. Methods The nursing situa- tion in 69 patients with ovarian tumour was analyzed retrospectively. The effective nursing methods were put forward from the as- pects of the nursing assessment, psychological nursing, chemotherapeutic nursing, dietary nursing and follow up nursing. Results 69 patients had the average hospitalization time of 22.6 d without death or nursing complications during hospitalization. Satisfac- tory treatment and nursing effects were obtained. Conclusion Establishment of good nurse-patient relationship and effective comprehensive nursing care aiming at the patients＇ various demands can increase the therapeutic effect, speed up the rehabilita- tion of patients with ovarian tumor and enhance the quality of life.
