摘要
目的探讨剖宫产合并卵巢输卵管肿瘤手术的临床效果。方法对收治的80例接受过剖宫产合并卵巢输卵管肿瘤手术治疗的患者进行回顾性分析。结果手术发生率为2.42%,其中卵巢肿瘤77例,占96.25%,输卵管副中肾管囊肿3例,占3.75%。孕早期超声诊断8例,占总例数的10%。结论加强患者孕期的检查,有助于提高诊断准确度,手术中实行剖宫产合并卵巢输卵管肿瘤手术有很好的临床效果,值得临床重视。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cesarean section associated with ovarian tubal tumor surgery. Methods Section in patients with ovarian tubal tumor surgery 80 cases in our hospital for examination and analysis.
