摘要
建立紫外分光光度法测定饲料预混剂中强力霉素含量的方法。结果表明:强力霉素的最大吸收波长为271nm,在此波长处,强力霉素在5.0~30.0μg/ml的质量浓度范围内,其吸光度与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系:y=0.019 1x+0.015 2,R2=0.999 9(n=6),强力霉素平均回收率为99.23%(n=9,RSD=0.78%)。
The method was established for the determination of doxycycline hydrochloride premix by ultraviolet absorption spectrophotometer. The experiment results showed the maximum absorption wavelength of doxycycline hyclate was 271 nm, and linearity of doxycycline hyclate was good with concentration in the range of 5.0~30.0 btg/ml. The regression equation was y=0. 019 1x+0. 015 2, R2 =0. 999 9(n=6). The average recovery was 99. 23%(n=9, RSD=0. 780//00).
