摘要
"针灸上工"之说《黄帝内经》中早有记载。作者总结多年临床经验,指出针灸治病要在辨证准确的基础上,必须结合科学的诊疗思路,用以指导选穴方法、针具选择、具体操作的各个重要环节,则"能参合而行之者",才可以称之为针灸上工。
Senior acupuncturist was recorded in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor in ancient time.Based on the author′s years of clinical experience,to be a senior acupuncturist,one should,on the basis of exact symptom differentiation,use scientific diagnosis and treating idea to guide every pivot such as point choosing,acupuncture tool choosing,and specific operation in the treating process.Only when one integrates diagnosis and treatment with scientific ideas,can he be a senior acupuncturist.
