摘要
肾命学说是中医学理论的重要组成部分,不仅对内科病的诊治有指导意义,而且对骨病的治疗也有指导作用。历代医家关于命门的位置及其与肾的关系存在很大的争议,主要有四种观点,总结后得出肾与命门是密切相关、不可分割的关系。另外从肾命理论和现代医学研究方面探讨肾与骨的生理病理关系,得出两者关系密切,故临床上可以运用肾命理论来指导骨病的治疗。最后是肾命理论论治的应用。列举常见骨病:如原发性骨质疏松症、骨性关节炎及骨肿瘤等的治疗。
The theories of kidney and life gate are the significant components in the theories of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,which could be applied in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of internal medicine and osteopathy.Among the doctors and scholars,there are great disputes of the life gate location and the relationship with the kidney,which are four viewpoints and after being summarized.It showed that kidney is closely correlated to life gate.We also explored the physiological and pathological relationships between kidney and bones from the perspectives of theories of kidney and life gate and modern medicine,which consequently indicated that they were closely correlated to each other and could be used in the treatment of osteopathy.Last but not the least,we also proposed the application of theories of kidney and life gate in the treatments of common osteopathies,such as primary osteoporosis,osteoarthritis,bone tumors,among others.
