摘要
命门在中医基础理论中是“生命之门”之意,意味着它是人体生命之本,为维持人体的生命活动提供了源动力,因此它具有主管人体生长发育与生殖功能的作用。我们认为,在中医理论体系,命门与肾有所不同,并非左肾或者右肾之一,而应当是一个独立的脏腑。历代对命门的位置及其作用非常重视,但又一直存在争议。命门腑应是位居人体的一个重要脏腑,它统管人体一身之阴,是元阴元阳生化之地,是人体的藏精之腑,是阴阳转化的枢纽之一。命门腑的经脉为任脉,它通过任脉循行而统帅全身的阴经,与其他脏腑相联系,并推动其他脏腑和经脉的化生、成形以及衰老。从现代解剖学角度来看,命门腑应当归结于垂体-甲状腺-肾上腺-性腺轴这个分泌系统。
Mingmen is the meaning of“gate of life”in the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,which means that it is the basis of human life and provides a source of power for maintaining human life activities.Therefore,it has the role of in charge of human growth and development and reproductive functions.In the theory system of traditional Chinese medicine,the life gate is different from the kidney.It is not one of the left kidney or the right kidney,but should be an independent organ.Throughout the ages,the position and role of Mingmen has been very important,but it has been controversial.Mingmen is an important viscera that lives in the human body.It governs the yin of the human body,is the biochemical land of the Yuanyin and the Yang,is the essence of the human body,and is one of the pivots of yin and yang transformation.The meridian of Mingmenyu is the Renmai.It directs the yin meridian of the whole body through Renmai’s follow,and connects with other organs,and promotes the formation,formation and aging of other organs and meridians.From a modern anatomical point of view,it is due to the secretory system of the pituitary-thyroidadrenal-gonadal axis.
