经皮椎体成形术配合壮骨强筋片治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折临床分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的:评估经皮椎体成形术(PVP)配合壮骨强筋片治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效。方法:150例(共172个椎体)骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者,随机分成治疗组75例和对照组75例,治疗组采用PVP加壮骨强筋片治疗,对照组采用PVP治疗。分别在术前、术后3个月、术后6个月对患者的疼痛、骨密度(BMD)、血钙磷进行分析。结果:所有手术均顺利完成,无严重并发症发生。随访6～12个月,平均9个月,术后3个月内,两组患者相关情况基本相似,相比较无显著差异(P>0.05);术后6个月时,两组在骨密度(BMD)、血钙磷等方面有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:经皮椎体成形术后配合内服壮骨强筋片,对患者的远期疗效、提升骨密度、防止相邻椎体再骨折等方面,有较好效果。
