摘要
文章选取湖北省崇阳县为个案研究对象,对县域义务教育城乡音乐师资失衡问题进行研究。作者考察了县域中小学音乐教师资源配置的情况,调查其现状,分析其问题与原因,寻找改进的基本策略,以期促进县域音乐教师资源均衡配置,促进中小学校音乐教育发展。
To select Chongyang County in Hubei Province as a case study on, the paper discussed the is- sues of imbalance of music teachers in counties. The author investigated the situation of music teacher resource allocation in primary and middle school in county, research its present situation, analyze its problems and rea- sons, find the basic strategy for improvement, in order to promote the balanced configuration of music teacher resource in county, help the development of music education in primary and middle schools.
