以配合饲料替代杂鱼对中华绒螯蟹生长及消化酶活性的影响 被引量:17

Effects of replacement of trash fish with formulated feed on growth and digestive enzyme activities in Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis

摘要 用塑料围网将一个池塘分隔成6个100 m2的小池塘,每池放养100只体质量为(10.01±1.02)g的中华绒螯蟹Eriocheir sinensis,分别投喂配合饲料和杂鱼,每种饲料设3个重复。养殖180 d后随机采样,称量体质量,测量壳长和壳宽,计算肝胰腺指数、性腺指数、出肉率、肌肉营养成分和消化道消化酶活性。结果表明:投喂两种饲料的中华绒螯蟹的体质量、肝胰腺指数、性腺指数、出肉率、壳长、壳宽及肌肉中的水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05),说明以配合饲料替代杂鱼对中华绒螯蟹的生长无明显影响;配合饲料组蟹胃的类胰蛋白酶和肠的脂肪酶活性显著高于杂鱼组(P<0.05),杂鱼组蟹肠的淀粉酶活性显著高于配合饲料组(P<0.05),两种饲料对蟹消化道其他各部位消化酶的活性均无显著性影响(P>0.05)。 A feeding experiment with triplication for each feed was carried out for 180 days to elucidate the effects of replacement of trash fish with formulated feed on growth and digestive enzyme activity in Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis. Chinese mitten crab with initial body weight of (10.01±1.02)g were cultured in six 100^m2 ponds separated by plastic net at a rate of 100 individuals per pond. At the end of the experiment, body weight, carapace length, carapace width, hepatopancreas index (HIS), gonad-somatic index (GSI) and dressed rate were measured, and muscle compositions and enzyme activities were determined. The results showed that there was no significant influence on body weight, carapace length, carapace width, HIS, GSI and dressed rate (P〉0.05) in different diet treatments. No significant changes in moisture, and contents of muscular crude protein, crude fat and ash were found in different treatments (P〉0.05) , indicating that replacement of trash fish with formulated diets had no sig- nificant influence on growth of Chinese mitten crab(P〉0.05). The crab fed the formulated diets had significantly higher trypsin activity in stomach and lipase activity in intestine than the crab fed the trash fish did( P〈0.05 ), while the crab fed the trash fish showed significantly higher amylase activity in intestine than the crab fed the formulated diets did( P〈0.05 ), without significant difference in digestive enzyme activity in other digestive organs in different treatments (P〉0. 05 ).
