摘要
目的研究中西医结合治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法首先对230例尖锐湿疣随机分为观察组和对照组各115例,对照组采用高频电刀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药内服外洗,随访时间为6个月。结果观察组总有效率92.2%,对照组疗效总有效率62.4%,观察组疗效明显好于对照组,两组总有效率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗尖锐湿疣效果显著,复发率低,无毒副作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effects of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods 230 eases were randomly divided into observationgroup and controlgroup. Controlgroup was treated with electric knife and observationgroup on the basis of controlgroup was treated with internal and external Chinese herbs. The follow-up time was 6 months. Results The effective rate of observationgroup was 92.2% and controlgroup was 62.4% ~ The efficacy of observationgroup was significantly better than controlgroup. The difference of 2groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The effects of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of condyloma aeuminatum was remarkable,non-toxic side effects and worth to clinical promotion.
