摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗混合痔的临床效果,完善混合痔的治疗方法。方法:随机选取2011年3月～2012年2月我院收治的248例混合痔患者,患者采用手术治疗结合中药内服外洗的方法进行治疗。结果:治愈213例,好转35例,有效率100%。结论:混合痔患者术后采用中医疗法可以提高该病的治愈率并减轻术后并发症、减轻患者疼痛、缩短患者恢复时间,中西医结合疗法治疗混合痔的方法值得在临床上大力推广。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of the integrative medicine in treating mixed hemorrhoids and improve the treatment method of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： From March 2011 to February 2012, 248 cases in our hospital were randomly selected, they were treated in the integrative medicine. Results： 213 cases were cured, 35 cases improved, the efficiency was 100%. Conclusion： TCM was used for postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids, can improve the cure rate of the disease and reduce postoperative complications, reduce pain, shorten the recovery time of patients, the integrative medicine was worthy of clinical application.
