摘要
为观察GLUMA脱敏剂治疗老年牙本质过敏症的临床效果,将220例420颗老年牙本质过敏症的牙齿随机分为两组,实验组用GLUMA脱敏剂脱敏,对照组用75%氟化钠甘油脱敏,比较即刻和半年后疗效。结果显示实验组疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GLUMA脱敏剂治疗老年牙本质过敏症效果满意。
To observe the Clinical Effect in Treating Old Aged＇s Dentin Hypersensitivity with Glurna desensitizer. The 420 teeth with dentine hypersensitivity of 220 patients are randomly divided into two groups, which were respectively treated with Gluma desensitizer（experimental group） and 75% Natrii Fluoridi et Glycerini（check group）, and therapeutic effect of two groups after treatment and at the time of half a year after treatment are analyzed. The therapeutic effect of experimental group shows to be statistical significance with check group （P〈0.05）. Gluma desensitizer has satisfactory effect in curing the old aged＇s dentin hypersensitivity.
