物料平衡PB(Production Balance)作为生产执行系统MES(Manufacturing Execution System)的重要组成部分,是通过数据校正技术解决工业流程中数据不准确、不一致、不完整等问题的。在石油炼制行业中,物料平衡系统中的数据几乎涉及到了企业的整个生产流程,囊括了各个部门,物料平衡可以为流程操作、企业管理提供可靠的数据依据,使整个生产过程可靠、高效的运行在生产运行中占有非常重要的地位。
The material balance PB（Production Balance） as a Production Execution System MES（Manufacturing Execution System） is an important part of the data correction technology to solve the problem of inaccurate,inconsistent and incomplete industrial process data.In the oil refining industry,data in the material balance system almost relate to whole production process,and the material balance system provides reliable data basis for operation procedure and enterprise management,which can make the whole production system run reliably and efficiently.
