摘要
文章调查分析了加工原油带入的硫在全厂各主要装置中与各产品之间的分布平衡情况。统计结果表明 ,在原油加工量为 6 .45Mt/a的情况下 ,各类原油带入的总硫量为 34 .5 6kt/a。其中随产品带入后加工装置的硫量为 33.83kt/a ,占原油带入总硫量的 98% ;硫磺回收量为 14.1kt/a ,占 40 .8%。另外向大气排放SO2 约3.46kt/a ,占总硫量的 5 .0 1%。随着高硫原油加工量的增加 ,采用新工艺新设备和提高硫磺回收能力十分必要。
The distribution and balance of the sulfur imported with the crude oil in different refinery process units and various products streams were analyzed. The statistics showed that the total sulfur imported with the crude oil was 34560 t/yr when the crude processing capacity was 6.45 M t/yr. The sulfur imported to the down-stream units with the products was 33830 t/yr, accounting for 98% of the sulfur imported with the crude. The sulfur recovered was 14100 t/yr, which was 40.8% of the total imported sulfur. The sulfur emitted as SO 2 was 3460 t/yr which accounted for 5.01% of the total. With the refineries processing increasingly the high-sulfur crude oils, it is extremely necessary to apply new process and new equipment and increase the sulfur recovery capacity.
