摘要 目的通过测定2型糖尿病患者的HbA1c、IMT水平,观察其变化并探讨相互关系。方法超声测量49例2型糖尿病患者颈总动脉内膜中层厚度并以此分为单纯糖尿病组和糖尿病大血管病变组,同时检测各临床生化指标、糖化血红蛋白水平,探讨影响颈总动脉内膜中膜厚度进展的危险因素。结果 IMT在无血管病变组、T2DM单纯大血管病变组呈递增趋势,颈总动脉内膜中层厚度与2h-PG相关性最强,其次是年龄、HbA1c,HbA1c与2h-PG相关性最强,而与空腹血糖无明显相关性。结论该研究提示HbA1c与2h-PG相关性最强,而与空腹血糖无明显相关性,HbA1c水平能够预测IMT的进展,即HbA1c水平越低、IMT的进展越慢。 [ Objective ] To explore the relationship between HbAlc and MT in type 2 diabetes. [Methods ] The common carotid artery intima-media thickness (CCA-IMT), CCA-IMT was observed by uhrasonography and glycated hemoglobin levels was detected in 49 patient s with Type 2 diabetes patients. [Result] In T2DM with absence of vascular disease and T2DM with large vascular disease alone, IMT showed an increasing trend, CCA-IMT was strongly related to 2b-PG, followed by age, HbAlc. HbAlc correlated with 2h-PG strongly, and was not significantly associated with fasting glucose. [Conclusion] Postprandial hyperglycemia is the main reason caused by elevated HbA1C. HbAlc level could predict the progress of CCA-IMT. HbAle level lower, the slower the CCA-IMT progress.
