摘要 256层螺旋CT是世界上最先进的高端CT，检查时间短，每圈扫描只需0．27s即可得256层图像，图像精度高，可精确显示人体细小的结构和各种病灶。因其安全程度高、放射剂量低等优点而被广泛应用于冠状动脉CT造影的检查。我院2012年4月-2012年7月采有256层螺旋CT行冠状动脉CT血管成像（CTA）检查560例，检查过程中通过护理人员熟练地操作、有效的沟通和指导及患者配合，取得了满意的检查效果。
