摘要
为改善KDF2成型机生产滤棒的质量稳定性,选用2.7Y/35000规格的醋纤丝束在KDF2成型机上对4个主要参数进行三水平正交试验。实验结果表明:稳定辊压力这一参数对滤棒单支重量、压降及硬度有显著影响,稳定辊压力在本实验的最佳设定值为0.08 MPa;螺纹辊压力对滤棒硬度的变异系数有显著影响,螺纹辊压力在本实验的最佳设定值为0.19 MPa;辊速比和喷嘴压力对滤棒质量的影响不显著,辊速比控制在1.15~1.35之间为宜。
For improving the quality of fiher rod make by KDF2, the 4 key parameters, including pressure on stabilizer roils, threaded rolls and air pressure in air jet and speed ratio between rolls were orthogonally tested at 3 levels on KDF2 filter plug maker with acetate tow of 2.7Y/35000,The results showed that:individual weight, pressure drop of filter plug and their coefficients of variation were significantly affected by pressure on stabilizer rolls. And the preferable pressure was 0.08 MPa;filter plug hardness was significantly affected by pressure on Threaded roils, and the preferable pressure was 0.19 MPa;with in the selected range, the effects of speed ratio between roils and air pressure in air jet on filter plug quality wag not significant,the recommended speed ratio was 1.15 - 1.35.
