摘要 ZL26B纤维滤棒成型机的增速剂上胶系统,采用毛刷高速旋转产生的离心力将塑化剂喷洒到丝束上来控制滤棒的硬度。这种上胶方式使塑化剂喷洒不均匀,导致滤棒不符合工艺要求。为了提高滤棒的质量,对增塑剂系统进行了改进。改进后的增塑剂系统采用计量泵将塑化剂高压注入分油块,通过喷嘴均匀喷洒到运行的丝束上。通过伺服控制调节活门的开度大小,保证不同机器运行速度丝束上塑化剂喷洒量均匀一致。使用结果表明,完全雾化的塑化剂颗粒可保证丝束塑化剂喷洒量均匀,有效改善滤棒硬度质量指标;可以减少塑化剂和丝束的损耗,节约成本;系统采用先进的PLC控制,运行稳定可靠,提高了设备的使用效率。 The brush type plasticizer system in ZL26B filter rod maker sprays plasticizer on the running tow by the high-speed rotating brush to control the hardness of filter rod.But this spraying system tends to result in wide variation in plasticizer addition and the filter rod does not meet the technical requirements.In order to improve the quality of filter rod,the plasticizer system has been improved.After improving,the plasticizer was pumped by the metering pump into a manifold under high-pressure then evenly sprayed on the running tow by nozzle.The plasticizer valve was accurately controlled by the servo system to adjust the flow rate of plasticizer.The results of practical application showed that the completely atomized particles can guarantee that plasticizer was sprayed evenly to improve the quality of filter rod hardness.The average amount of plasticizer and tow were reduced.The new plasticizer system adopted the Advanced PLC control run reliably and efficiency.
