摘要
大学文化是大学的灵魂。一所优秀的大学必有优秀的文化传承。大学文化建设,精神文化是核心,行为文化是关键。文化建设的成效要通过全体大学人共同遵循的行为方式来实现和检验。当前教师的治教、治学行为,学生的学习、道德行为,学校的行政行为存在一定的缺失。由此建议,以行为科学理论为指导,发挥校长的核心表率作用,采取真抓、实抓、狠抓等有效措施; 以常抓不懈、长期坚持的恒心,使行为文化建设彰显硕果。
The soul of a university is its culture. An excellent university must have its own splendid university culture. In the construction of university culture, it＇s the construction of spiritual culture that is the core, while the key stays behind the behavioral culture. The effects of culture construction will be tested and performed by the behaviors of all the people of the university itself. There have been many defects in nowadays ＇ university behavioral culture, such as the inappropriate behaviors of teaching and researching by the teachers, the retrogradation of study and moral behaviors by the students, and the improper administrative behavior of the university. The construction of university behavioral culture could only be effective when we follow the rules of scientific behavior, let the university president play a leading role, take strong measures,lay stress on the effects, and keep them that way for a long term.
