摘要
研究了α-Al2O3显微结构对环氧浇注体系性能的影响。结果表明:球形度越高的α-Al2O3,晶体发育越完整,其填充的环氧浇注体系的初始粘度越小,填充率越高,可使用时间越长,电导率越低。通过控制α-Al2O3显微结构,可以调整环氧浇注体系的粘度及可使用时间。
The effects of α-Al2O3 microstructure on the properties of epoxy casting system were studied. The results show that the higher the sphericity of α-Al2O3, the more complete the crystal grows, the smaller the initial viscosity of the epoxy casting system filled by α-Al2O3 is, the higher the filling rate is, the longer the pot life is and the lower the conductivity is. The viscosity and pot life of the epoxy casting system can be adjusted by controlling the α-Al2O3 microstructure.
