摘要
动力学模型的建立有利于对反应增容过程的优化、控制和预测。文中结合反应增容共混体系中的静态动力学模型和流变动力学模型,分析了聚合物浓度、弛豫时间、缠结尺寸等因素对反应速率的影响,说明了理论模型在反应增容实验中的应用。
Kinetic models can be used to optimize , control and forecast the process of reactive compatibilization. In the several past decades , many reactive compatibilization kinetic models were founded. Two kinetic models of reactive compatibilization blend system were reviewed , and the influence of polymer concentration , relaxation time , entanglement size etc. on the reaction rate was analyzed. The applications of theoretical model in the reactive compatibilization experiment were introduced as well.
