摘要
使用CPE(氯化聚乙烯)、NBR(天然橡胶)、EVACO(乙烯-醋酸乙烯-氧化碳三元共聚物)增容高聚合度聚氯乙烯(HPVC)/ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,即高胶粉)弹性体,研究了增容共混体系的力学、耐油、耐溶剂、热空气老化以及加工流变性能。结果表明,增容共混改性后,增塑剂耐异辛烷抽出能力提高,油酸中损失质量分数减小;改性后材料加工流动性能变差;HPVC与ABS质量比在100:(10~20)体系综合性能较佳。
The mechanical properties, oil resistance, solvent resistance, ageing heat-air and rheological properties of HPVC/ABS thermoplastic elastomer compatibilized by NBR, CPE and EVACO separately were studied. The results show that compatibilization blends can improve the extraction resistance of plasticizer in isooctane and reduce weightloss in oleic acid,but decline flowability. When the mass ratio of HPVC/ABS is in the range 100 : (10~ 20), the blends have good over-all properties.
