This article using Moldflow software powerful simulation analysis capabilities,visualization capabilities and project management capabilities,to develop and utilize water-saving drip irrigation dripper mold.Moldflow software is used to analyze the dripper gate position,the clamping force,the molding process parameters to achieve the purpose of the rapid development of inserts drippers mold.Using the software can save a lot of manpower and resources,reduce waste of resources,reduce product costs,shorten product development cycles,respond quickly to market demand,and improve the innovative capability and competitiveness of the enterprises.
