摘要
基于CAE模拟技术,验证注塑机锁模力不足,找到塑件充不满的原因,并通过调整产品厚度,解决了因设备锁模力不足及注射压力低而导致的充不满问题。该文的案例为一模两件的模具,零件1的厚度增加22.2%,零件2的厚度增加20%,锁模力降低了23.5%。锁模力大大降低,有利于注塑成型。
Based on the CAE simulation technology,the article verifies that insufficient clamping force of the injection machine induces the plastic part unfulfilled,and by adjusting the product thickness,the unfulfilled problem caused by insufficient clamping force and low injection pressure is solved.This case is one mold with two parts.The thickness of part1 increases by 22.2%.the thickness of part2 increases by 20% with the clamping force decreasing by 23.5%.The clamp force is largely decreased,which contributes to injection molding.
