摘要
为进一步提高"七城会"后场馆的使用质量和效益,采用文献资料法、实地调查法等方法,深入分析"七城会"后主要场馆的运营现状及影响因素。了解到赛后场馆运营存在着资源闲置、经营滞后、亏损严重等许多问题,希望通过创新运营方法和理念,积极融入城市,把体育和休闲娱乐相结合的综合服务等措施和政策,充分发挥场馆的多元化作用,不断提高场馆的运营水平等。
