摘要
以金鱼草"将军"幼嫩侧芽为外植体,采用不同培养基对不定芽诱导、生根进行研究,以建立金鱼草组培快繁体系。研究结果表明:MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+3%蔗糖+0.6%琼脂是金鱼草不定芽诱导最佳培养基;1/2MS+NAA0.2mg/L+活性炭300mg/L+3%蔗糖+0.6%琼脂是金鱼草生根最佳培养基。
Taking the axillary buds of Antirrhinum majus as explants, this experiment explores the effects of different culture mediums on adventitious bud induction and rooting and estab- lishes the tissue culture and rapid propagation system of Antirrhinum majus. The results show that the optimum culture medium for induction is MS+6--BA1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 rag/L+ 3% sucrose+0. 6% agar. The culture medium 1/2 MS+NAA 0. 2 mg/L+active carbon 300 mg/L+3% sucrose+0.6% agar is ideal for the rooting of seedling.
