摘要
目的:观察输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析本院138例上尿路结石行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术患者的临床资料,总结手术方法和手术疗效。结果:本研究138例上尿路结石患者,输尿管入镜成功137例(99.28%);29例输尿管上段结石行气压弹道碎石成功24例(82.76%),69例输尿管中下段结石行气压弹道碎石成功62例(89.86%),40例肾盂结石行气压弹道碎石均成功碎石,成功率100%。结论:输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗上尿路结石疗效确切,具有结石排净率高、创伤小和并发症少等优势,在改善患者生存质量和预后方面具有非常重要的意义,值得临床继续探讨。
Objective： To observe the ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy treatment on the clinical efficacy of urinary tract stones.Method： Retrospectively analysised our hospital 138 eases of upper urinary tract stones line ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy clinical data, to summarize surgical techniques and surgical treatment.Result： This study on 138 cases of patients with urinary stones, ureteral Ruling successful 137 cases （ 99.28% ） ; 29 cases of ureteral DuanJieShi on line pressure ballistic gravel success 24 patients （ 82.76% ）, 69 cases of lower ureteral DuanJieShi line pressure ballistic gravel successful 62 cases （ 89.86% ）, and cases of pelvic stones line pressure ballistic gravel were successful gravel, the successful rate was 100%. Conclusion： Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy treatment of urinary tract stones efficacy with stone clearance rate and fewer complications, trauma and other advantages, has a very important significance to improve patients＇ quality of life and prognosis, is worthy of clinical continue to explore.
