低成本“任意写”LED显示屏的研制

摘要 LED显示屏通常由电脑控制实现文字的显示,这一系统的硬件成本和使用成本都非常高。本系统以STC12C5408高速单片机为数据处理的核心器件,设计了一款16片8×8LED点阵模块组成32×32发光点阵显示屏模块,在输入状态利用光电二极管作为书写笔,可以在屏幕的任意位置输入任意文字或图案,储存在单片机的EEPROM中,显示时在相应的位置显示输入的文字图案。输入时具有"点亮、划亮、反显、整屏擦除、笔画擦除"等功能满足不同客户需求,本系统还能根据周围光强,自动调节屏幕亮度,利用本系统可以扩展制成不同规格、内容随时可以修改的低成本LED显示屏,具有极大的推广意义。 LED display is usually controlled by the computer to achieve the display of text,but the hardware and application cost are very high.The STC12C5408 microcontroller is used as the core device for the data processing.32×32 luminous dot matrix display is designed,which are composed of 16 8×8 dot matrix LED modules.The photodiode is used as writing pen which can input any text or logo on the display screen at input status,and it's stored in the EEPROM of the microcomputer.The text or logo will be displayed on the screen.The display screen can achieve functions as light,zoned light,anti-evident,erase screen,stroke erase,writing continuous-word and so on for different customer.Responding to the ambient light intensity,the system can automatically adjust the screen brightness.Thus,low-cost LED display which have different standards can be made and the content can be freely modified.Its great promotion of significance is therefor available.
