摘要
研究了柚皮膳食纤维在不同条件下脱除猪油中胆固醇的效果。实验结果:在333K下,添加质量分数为5%的柚皮纤维素与猪油作用60分钟,猪油中胆固醇的脱除率为83.3%。
Effect was studied on Cholesterol removal from lard with shaddock dietary fiber in this paper. The results show that the optimized condition for the shaddock fiber was the addition of fiber was 5 % of the amount of land;and the reaction time is 60 minutes at 333k, as a result, 83.3% of cholesterol was reduced.
