免疫性血小板减少性紫癜合并幽门螺旋杆菌感染患儿免疫功能及研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析免疫性血小板减少性紫癜合并幽门螺旋杆菌感染的患儿淋巴细胞免疫功能的变化。方法健康体检组为对照组。免疫性血小板减少性紫癜组为观察组及合并HP感染的ITP组为治疗组。在常规激素治疗基础上给予三联抗HP治疗。流式细胞仪检测患儿合并HP感染的CD4+,CD19+等抗体表达。结果 ITP组及合并HP感染的ITP组CD4+下降,CD4+/CD8+下降,CD19+升高与对照组相比有统计学意义,观察组与治疗组比较,HP感染的ITP组在CD4+/CD8+比值下降及CD19+增高较之ITP组更为明显,两组比较有统计学意义。结论 ITP患儿合并HP感染大多存在细胞及体液免疫功能异常。 Objective To examine immune function of lymphocyte sub-type cells of children with acute ITP of Helicobacter pylori(HP) infection. Methods control group is health examination children.ITP group and ITP with HP fectionn are observe group. On hormone therapy treatment, resisting HP treatment was given to ITP with HE To examine antibodys such as CD4, CD29 to group ITP with HP, adopting double cloning antibody immunofluorescence and with stream cell machine. Results In both groups of ITP and ITP with HP, there were a significant decrease in CD4+, CD4+/CD8+and a significant increase in CD19+,with P〈0.01; the change of CD4+/CD8+ and CD19+of ITP with HP were significantly more than those of ITP, with P〈0.01. Conelusions ITP with Hp infection has significantly disfunction on cellular immune function and humoral immune function.
