摘要
[目的]探讨疏肝健脾汤配合吗丁啉治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的临床疗效。[方法]将60例肝郁脾虚型FD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组中饭及晚饭后给予疏肝健脾汤各1次,配合吗叮林3次/d,三餐前半小时服用。对照组使用雷尼替丁胶囊1颗,2次/d,配合吗叮林3次/d,三餐前半小时服用。治疗60d为1个疗程。疗程结束后用临床疗效对比、中医证候疗效评价、体征等指标的变化来观察疗效。[结果]治疗组30例中,治愈5例,显效13例,有效10例,总有效率93.33%,明显高于对照组的80%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]疏肝健脾汤配合吗叮林中西医结合治疗肝郁脾虚型FD,能显著改善患者的临床症状,改善情绪紧张,睡眠等整体亚健康症状,增强免疫功能,提高患者的生活质量。
[Objective] Functional Dyspepsia（FD） refers to a collection of complex upper gastrointestinal symptoms that the specific symptoms include postpran dial fullness,early satiety,epigastric pain and epigastric burning sensation.[Method] 30 FD patients of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome were treated with both Shugan Jianpi Decoction and Domperidone.[Results] It showed that,in the treatment group,good result was achieved in 5 cases,effective in 13 cases,fair in 10 cases and failure in 2,and the total effective rate reached to 93.33%;in the control group,good result was achieved in 2 cases,effective in 14 cases,fair in 8 cases and failure in 6 and the total effective rate reached to 80%.[Conclusion] There was a significant difference between the two groups.
