摘要
目的:观察小剂量奥美拉唑治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效,探讨其临床意义。方法:将2010年3月~2011年3月在我院接受治疗的252例FD患者随机分为奥美拉唑组和莫沙必利组,奥美拉唑组给予小剂量奥美拉唑口服治疗,莫沙必利组给予莫沙必利口服治疗,观察两组治疗前后反酸、饱胀、上腹痛/不适积分情况、临床疗效及不良反应情况,并进行对比分析。结果:两组患者在治疗后反酸、饱胀、上腹痛/不适积分均较治疗前有显著下降,组内比较差异均有统计学意义;奥美拉唑组治疗后的反酸、上腹痛/不适积分明显低于莫沙必利组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);奥美拉唑组有效率高达94.44%,明显高于莫沙必利组的75.60%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发现明显的不良反应。结论:小剂量奥美拉唑治疗FD能明显改善胃部烧灼感及腹痛感,临床疗效肯定,且具有服用方便、不良反应少等特点,是临床治疗FD的一种较佳药物,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of low-dose Omeprazole to functional dyspepsia,and analyze its clinical significance.Methods: 52 patients with FD treated in our hospital during March 2010-March 2011 were randomly divided into Omeprazole group and Mosapride group,Omeprazole group received low-dose oral Omeprazole treatment,and Mosapride group were given Mosapride oral treatment.Score of acid reflux,fullness,upper abdominal pain/discomfort points before and after the treatment as well as their clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results: Score acid reflux,fullness,upper abdominal pain/discomfort after the treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment in both groups,which all had significant differences in each group;Score of acid reflux,upper abdominal pain/discomfort of the Omeprazole group after the treatment were significantly lower than those of the Mosapride group,which had significant difference(P0.05);The effective rate of the Omeprazole group was as high as 94.44%,significantly higher than that of mosapride group,75.60%,which had significant difference(P0.05);Significant adverse reactions were not found in both two groups.Conclusion: For FD,low dose Omeprazole can significantly improve the stomach burning feeling and abdominal pain and it has positive clinical effect and is easy to take with little adverse reactions,which is a better drug for clinical treatment of FD and worthy of clinical use.
