摘要
台安县职教中心在职业教育发展中,立足本地实际,积极挖掘自身潜力,因地制宜培养人才。介绍职教中心在人员培训、教育方式和方法上采取的主要措施,探讨其在发展过程中采用的多样化教育模式,为职教中心的办学及发展提供理论参考。
Taian Vocational Education Center has developed its vocational education under the policies of taking the local actualities into consideration, making efforts to tap development potential in itself, and adjusting development measures to its local conditions. This article reviews measures adopted by Taian Vocational Education Center in terms of personnel training, education approaches and methods, in particular, the diversified education pattern with the aim of providing theoretic reference for the growth of similar vocational education centers.
