摘要
近年来,随着教育教学改革的不断深入,如何提高教师的师德水平,日渐成为社会关注的热点问题。一个教师的师德水平高低,看不见,摸不着,更说不清,正因为如此,许多地方在抓师德建设时无所适从,无从下手。如何使师德水平进一步得到提高,新疆交通职业技术学院多年来一直不断研究与探讨。
In recent years, with the deep- going of the education reform, improvement of the teacher＇s ethic standard has become one of the hot topics and has drawn the society＇s attentions. The levd of a teacher＇s ethic standard is beyond the percipience and owing to this very reason people can hardly make progress in improving it. Xinjiang Vocational and Technical College of Communication has been continuously broadening the research fields and accumulated a great deal of experience on this respect.
