摘要
以对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃为原料,在无水三氯化铝存在下,与苯酚发生脱烷基化反应合成了杯[4]芳烃。再以杯[4]芳烃与对氨基苯磺酸为原料,通过偶合反应合成了5,11,17,23-四[(对磺基苯基)偶氮]-杯[4]芳烃,再利用锡-盐酸还原得到5,11,17,23-四氨基-杯[4]芳烃盐酸盐。合成的化合物通过热分析、红外光谱和紫外光谱等对合成的各化合物分析。利用该方法合成杯[4]芳烃铵的盐酸盐收率高,成本大大降低。
Calix [-4] arene was synthesized by dealkylation reaction using p-tert-butylcalix [4] arene and phenol as raw material in the presence of anhydrous A1C13. Then 5,11,17,23-four sulfo phenyl) azo calix [4] arene was synthesized by coupling reaction using calix [4] arene and p-amino benzene sulfonic acid as raw materials. In the presence of tin-hydrochloric acid, 5,11,17,23-four sulfo phenyl)-azo calix [42 arene was reduced to 5,11,17,23 four amino-calix [4] arene hydrochloride. The synthesized compounds were characterized by thermal analysis, infrared spectrum analysis and UV spectra of the synthesized compounds. By using the method of synthesis of calix [4] arene ammonium hydrochloride yield is high, cost is greatly reduced.
