摘要
研究了 meso-四 -( 4-磺基苯基 ) -卟啉 ( TPPS4 )与铅的显色反应 ,在 p H=1 1~ 1 3 .5的碱性介质中 ,TPPS4 与铅生成 1∶ 1络合物 ,λmax=4 70 nm,ε=3 .2 8× 1 0 5L· mol-1· cm-1,铅的含量在 0~1 0 μg/2 5ml内符合比尔定律 ,方法用于食品和水样中铅的测定 ,结果满意。
The color reaction of TPPS 4 with lead was studied, In the pH=11~13.5 solution, a stable 1∶1(TPPS 4∶Pb(Ⅱ)) complex is formed. The molar absor ptivity is 3.28×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 470nm. Beer’s slaw is obeyed in the range of 0~10μg/25ml. This method has been applied to the determination of lead in food and water with satisfactory result.
