摘要
为了加快产品开发速度,提高产品开发质量,依靠实例推理技术,以轴类零件为例提出了基于实例推理的参数化工艺设计方法,这样有利于产品工艺资源的重用,在此基础上研究了零件的分类及建模、零件工艺信息的描述、工艺样板的参数化、工艺样板的检索与修订关键技术,最后给出了应用实例。
In order to accelerate the speed of product development, improve the quality of the product development, this paper depends on the casebased reasoning technology,with the shaft parts as an example,parametric process modifications technology that based on the casebased reasoning has proposed for which is advantage for the reuse of product process resource. In foundation of these, this article discusses the classification and modeling of part family,description of part information,the parameterization of process model,retrieval and revision technology for process model,and then the instance was given.
