摘要 针对传统CAPP系统对企业已有产品工艺知识重用较弱的现状,从产品工艺资源重用的角度出发,根据实例推理的技术,以轴类零件为例,在分析其结构特征和总结工艺特点的基础上,提出了基于模板定制的方法,采用实例工艺模板的参数化设计进行新零件工艺设计,在此基础上研究了事物特性表的建立、实例工艺模板的建立及参数化、零件实例信息建模、实例工艺检索、实例工艺修订和存储等关键技术,最后给出了应用实例。 Aiming at the weak reuse of existed product process knowledge in the enterprise of traditional CAPP system, from the perspective of the reuse of product process resource, according to the technology of case based reasoning, take axial parts as a typical example, based on the analysis of its structural characteristics and the summary of technological characteristics, the method based on template customization is presented. The parametric design of example process templates is used in the process design of new product. Base on this, the key technology of this method, such as the establishment of the SML and examples process templates, parametric and part examples information modeling, examples process retrieval, examples process revision and storage, is researched and the application example is given finally.
