蜂胶对创面愈合及局部炎性介质释放的影响 被引量:5

Effect of propolis on the inflammation in wounded sites

摘要 目的观察蜂胶对创面愈合的影响。方法建立兔皮肤缺损模型,用蜂胶醇萃取液、磺胺嘧啶银、地塞米松各0.1ml/d处理创面,比较创面愈合速度和质量;检测白细胞介素(IL)-8、IL-18浓度。结果蜂胶醇萃取液、磺胺嘧啶银、地塞米松及对照组创面平均愈合时间分别为(13.75±1.38)、(16.13±1.27)、(17.82±1.18)、(18.05±1.50)d,蜂胶醇萃取液组与各组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);组织学观察显示蜂胶醇萃取液组炎性反应小于各组;蜂胶醇萃取液组炎性因子IL-8、IL-18持续于低浓度。结论蜂胶通过抑制IL-8、IL-18释放,调节免疫应答促进创面修复。 Objective To observe the effect of propolis on wound healing. Methods The skin wound healing model of rabbits was used. The wound surfaces were treated with propolis extract (0. 1 ml/d, A), sulfadiazine silver cream (0. l ml/d, B), dexamethasone injection (0. 1 ml/d, C) respectively. Group D served as blank control. The wound healing was evaluated by the healing rate and histopathological detection. Furthermore, the expression of interleukin (IL) -8 and IL-18 was detected. Results The aver- age time of wound healing was (13.75+1.38), (16. 13+1.27), (17.82+1.18) and (18.05+1.50) days in groups A, B, C and D. Statistical analysis showed that the time of wound healing in group A was significantly shorter than the rest ( P 〈 0.05 ). Based on observation of histopathological change, inflamma- tory response could be obviously decreased in group A as compared with the rest. Moreover, the expression of IL-8 and IL-18 was lower in group A than the rest. Conclusion Propolis can reduce the inflammatory reaction and accelerate wound healing by inhibiting the IL-8 and IL-18.
