Objective To investigate the risk factors inducing non-alcoholic fatty liver, so as to provide a scientific ba- sis for the prevention and control of non-alcoholic fatty liver. Methods By means of case-control study, investigate the height, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids, blood uric acid and ultrasound of the research objects through questionnaires and laboratory tests; analyzed the relationship between non-alcoholic fatty tiver and BMI, total cholesterol, triglycerides, blood glucose, uric acid as well as arterial blood pressure, and carry out multi-factor logistic regression analysis on the relationship between fatty liver and high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, diabetes, etc. Results The prevalence rate of non-alcoholic fatty liver of the physical examination group at Nanzhuang Town, Foshan City was 23.6% and the prevalence rate of males was higher than that of females. The prevalence rate of fatty liver tends to increase with the increase of age. The detection rate of fatty liver showed a significant positive cor- relation with the overweight and obesity, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, high cholesterol, high blood glucose and high uric acid. Conclusion The prevalence rate of non-alcoholic fatty liver of the physical examination group at Nanzhuang town, Foshan city is high, which should be paid attention to. The overweight and obesity, high blood pres- sure, high triglycerides, high cholesterol, high blood glucose and high uric acid are the risk factors inducing non-alco- holic fatty liver.
